HV Line Bore & Machining (HVLB) are the Line Boring specialists in the Hunter Valley and surrounding areas. HVLB are equipped with Mobile onsite line boring, ID bore welding, small and large mobile facing machining ID and OD to the highest quality and tightest tolerance in accordance with manufacturers specifications.

 

One of the advantages of using HVLB is that we use the latest technology in line boring equipment from Triangle Engineering Consultants and Hofmann Engineering. Utilising these systems at our disposal we can simultaneously weld 4 bores whilst our operators are operating 2 machining systems. This saves our customers down time and therefore, cost.

 

Our highly experienced staff can meet any challenge in the field or workshop. The mining industry on open cut and underground machines including draglines, face shovels, excavators, wheel loaders, dozers, graders, scrapers, dump trucks. Underground shovel conveyors. The Construction industry on coal stackers and reclaimers, cranes, fixed plant and machining. Agricultural equipment such as tractors, back hoes, skid steers, earthmoving equipment and quarry work of pug mills and crushers.

 

We also have the first of a kind single system light vehicle setup in the Hunter Valley for line boring smaller jobs aiding in cost cutting in transport for our customers benefit.

 

HVLB has a goal of zero harm in safety, keeping up to date with risk assessments, SWMS, JHA and take 5’s along with safety inductions and training.
