Mobile onsite line boring, ID bore welding, small and large facing mobile machining ID and OD to the highest quality and tightest tolerance in accordance with manufactures specifications.

Also at HV line bore and Machining we have a goal of zero harm in safety keeping up to date with risk assessments, SWMS, JHA and take 5`s along with safety inductions and training.

Advantage of using HVLB we use the latest technology in line boring equipment from Triangle engineering consultants and Hofmann Engineering, utilising the systems at our deposal we can simultaneously weld 4 bores whilst our operators are operating 2 machining systems, saving customers down time and there for cost. We also have the first of a kind single system light vehicle setup in the Hunter Valley for line boring on smaller jobs aiding in cost cutting in transport for our customers benefit.
